Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintains a supply of all products/supplies
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Affirms that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Operate iPad (POS) and credit card charges according to procedure
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer
- Must have math or cash handling skills
- Must be able to close out money and reports at the end of the shift
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to meet state age requirements (21 years of age) to serve alcohol
- Have or can acquire an alcohol serving permit (MAST)

- Regular and reliable attendance
- Experience preferred but not required
