About the Role

We are seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to operate the Beverage Cart safely and professionally while providing excellent customer service to golf guests. This role is responsible for delivering food and beverage to guests and maintaining the cleanliness and tidy appearance of the Beverage Cart.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with guests in a professional manner
  • Adhere to Resort safety standards for Company-owned vehicles
  • Maintain a clean work environment and perform daily maintenance of the Beverage Cart
  • Follow golf etiquette guidelines
  • Maintain proper use of the POS system and cash handling procedures
  • Adhere to and uphold Nemacolin grooming standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products served and pricing
  • Understand Golf Course Par Levels
  • Manage inventory effectively

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and rotating shifts
  • Must be able to speak English

This is a seasonal position with both part-time and full-time hours available.
