Golden Nugget Lake Charles is a luxury casino-resort featuring nearly 1,100 well-appointed hotel rooms and suites, an eighteen-hole championship golf course, a private beach and marina, a luxurious pool complex, a 2000-seat entertainment showroom, diverse meeting spaces, retail shopping, and multiple Landry’s signature restaurants. Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Ensure the bar is running efficiently and properly stocked.
• Maintain backup liquor supply; retrieve alcohol from storage as needed.
• Change kegs when required.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles from tables.
• Wipe down tables and bar tops.
• Restock garnishes, mixes, and clean glassware.
• Replenish ice as needed.
• Maintain clean rags at each bartender’s station.
• Assist with opening or closing liquor inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly notifying management of concerns.
• Report any observations of illegal acts or internal ethics violations to senior management or the Ethics Hotline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Barback experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

USD $8.50 per hour (tipped position).
