Your Journey
- Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs
- Ordering from Banquet Event Orders
- Conduct monthly inventories
- Distribute product to bars and maintain during events
- Complete consumption sheets per event for billing
- Maintain organization of storage areas
- Meet with guests, hold banquet bartenders to opening and closing duties
- Plan and facilitate regularly-scheduled banquet bartender trainings
- Have floor presence during events to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail
- Manage guest/Bartender expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands

Must Haves
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to drive the gas powered vehicles & box trucks
- Desire to create WOW moments for guests
- One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements
- Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
- Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
