Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs
Ordering from Banquet Event Orders
Conduct monthly inventories
Distribute product to bars and maintain during events
Complete consumption sheets per event for billing
Maintain organization of storage areas
Meet with guests, hold banquet bartenders to opening and closing duties
Plan and facilitate regularly-scheduled banquet bartender trainings
Have floor presence during events to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail
Manage guest/Bartender expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

Ability to drive the gas powered vehicles & box trucks

One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment
Intermediate computer skills
Luxury hotel experience, a plus

Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
