About the role
Dichtbij kinderopvang is een grootmaatschappelijke kinderopvangorganisatie in de regio Vijfheerenlanden, Culemborg, Tiel en Asperen. De vacature is voor een ervaren en proactieve bestuurssecretaris (24-30 uur) die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
Responsibilities
- Understand and support best practices in governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Organize and support meetings, prepare agendas, and manage meeting materials.
- Create clear and legally compliant minutes and action item lists.
- Maintain the administrative calendar and track progress on actions and decisions.
- Support the preparation of board documents and other formal documents.
- Report relevant developments in governance, compliance, and regulations.
- Support tozicht functions and contribute to thorough information provision to the Board of Directors.
- Monitor processes, decision-making trajectories, and adherence to internal and external frameworks.
Requirements
- HBO work and study level.
- Proven experience as a secretary, director's assistant, secretary, or similar position.
- Experience supporting boards, directors, management, and/or oversight bodies.
- Knowledge of governance structures and best practices in board decision-making processes.
- Affinity with legal and regulatory requirements, compliance, and oversight.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to analyze complex information, structure it, and clearly present it.
- An independent, proactive, and meticulous approach to work.
- Integrity, discretion, and reliability are inherent in your character.
- Togetherness and organizational sensitivity characterize your way of working.
Qualifications
- Salary according to the Cao Kinderopvang scale, ranging from €4,288,- to €5,939,- based on 36 hours per week and depending on education and work experience.
- Pension scheme through PFZW.
- Flexible commuting plan for healthy travel.
