About the Role

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our multidisciplinary practice, serving clients across legal consulting, real estate development, real estate finance, title services, business law, corporate law, and litigation. This role involves handling complex matters in residential and commercial real estate law, landlord and tenant law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to engage in land use litigation and private practice advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
  • Handle litigation matters related to real estate, land use, and business disputes
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, zoning, and land use regulations
  • Manage title examinations and resolve title issues
  • Represent clients in landlord-tenant matters and residential/commercial property disputes
  • Support corporate transactions and business law matters, including entity formation and governance
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex legal issues

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, business law, or litigation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with real estate finance, title, or land use litigation preferred

  • Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presence for litigation matters
  • Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents and contracts
  • Client relationship management and business development acumen
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
