About the role
Under the direction of the Sports Coordinator, Officials will interpret and enforce facility policies, rules, and guidelines for YMCA members, guests, and participants. The role focuses on providing leadership, guidance, and rule enforcement to foster children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in Youth Sports activities, while ensuring a safe and efficient Adult Sports program that upholds the YMCA mission and four core values.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and enforce facility policies, rules, and guidelines for YMCA members, guests, and participants.
- Provide leadership and guidance in Youth and Adult Sports programs.
- Enforce all applicable rules to maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Support the development of children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth through Youth Sports activities.
- Uphold the YMCA mission and four core values in all program activities.
