Sales and Insurance Experience Required
- Workplace: Onsite
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Qualifications
- Licensed – Current license required
- Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks.
- Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus
- Leadership – The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
- Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
- Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs
- The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
- Engaged – Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way
- Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success
