Sales and Insurance Experience Required

  • Workplace: Onsite
  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Qualifications

  • Licensed – Current license required
  • Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks.
  • Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus
  • Leadership – The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care
  • Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
  • Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
  • Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
  • Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs
  • The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
  • Engaged – Show us you want to be successful and enjoy making connections with people, and you will see opportunities come your way
  • Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success
