Responsibilities
- Manage and update benefit programs for community members
- Provide guidance and support on various benefits and entitlements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely benefit administration
- Handle inquiries from community members regarding benefits and entitlements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Basic knowledge of social services and community resources
