After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 6-month contractLocation: Greenwood Village, CO (hybrid) What You’ll Be DoingConduct job evaluations and analyze salary surveys to appropriately level roles within clients' salary structureCreate and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each position evaluated.Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise job architecture frameworks, job families, job descriptions, and career paths.Conducts market pricing, compensation benchmarking, cost analysis, and internal equity reviews to support compensation decisions and organizational competitiveness.Collaborates with business leaders and HR partners on organizational restructures, workforce planning, career pathing and career leveling initiatives.Understanding of applicable compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret and communicate compensation data effectively.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and consultative communication skills.
