Role Overview

This position supports the Regional Retirement Operations Team by managing data analytics and audit processes for various retirement programs, including Pension, 401(k), Retiree Medical, Stock Purchase, Non-qualified deferred compensation, and Student Debt Repayment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and efficiency in program administration through control adherence
• Deliver timely data analytics for audits and SOX controls
• Manage retirement funding activities
• Deliver comprehensive retirement reporting such as projections, actuals, and participant data
• Act as a liaison between vendors and company locations to facilitate onsite Financial Education needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of retirement and data management experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll systems
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent data analytics skills

Work Environment

Located at the Honda Heritage Center with a flexible remote work option up to 20%. The role is exempt with a focus on operational and analytical duties within total rewards.
