About the role

This position supports the Regional Retirement Operations Team by managing data analytics and audit processes for various retirement programs, including Pension, 401(k), Retiree Medical, Stock Purchase, Non-qualified deferred compensation, and Student Debt Repayment. It ensures compliance with SOX, plan audits, funding, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to controls and procedures for efficient retirement program administration.
• Deliver timely data analytics for audits, SOX controls, and funding.
• Manage retirement reporting such as projections and participant data.
• Act as liaison between vendors and locations to support financial education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in retirement data management and analytics.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll systems.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and independent issue resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail to support compliance and operational efficiency in retirement benefits programs.
