About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative professional to join our team as a Benefits Program Manager (Temporary, Full-Time). In this role, you’ll help design and deliver employee benefit and pay programs that support our workforce and keep our organization running smoothly. This role is especially important during a time of change—you’ll help ensure that new or updated programs are thoughtfully built, accurately implemented, and clearly communicated. Your work will directly support employees’ access to benefits and pay, making a meaningful impact on their overall experience.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll work across teams to bring new or improved benefit and pay programs to life—from planning through launch.
- In This Role, You Will Help design and implement new or updated employee benefit and pay programs
- Configure and test systems to ensure programs are set up correctly
- Partner with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and others to coordinate implementation
- Work closely with external vendors to support program setup and delivery
- Ensure programs meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support clear and effective communication so employees understand changes
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth rollout and transition

Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time progressive experience in benefits administration and implementation, including HRIS supported environments.
