Benefits Manager, Pharmacy Plans, Benefits Experience and Technology (BXT)

Our team has built the first employer sponsored modular pharmacy benefit structure designed around transparency, flexibility, and members' needs. In this role, you'll drive meaningful changes in a highly complex system and build innovative solutions that improve health outcomes as well as the care experience itself.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and strategic design of our innovative disaggregated pharmacy benefit model, ensuring alignment with our commitment to member experience and program objectives
• Monitor pharmacy vendor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacy benefit design improvements, using data-driven insights to inform ongoing optimization
• Synthesize program data, including member feedback and operational metrics, into actionable recommendations that enhance our pharmacy benefit model and member experience
• Develop product specifications and requirements for technical teams to build new pharmacy solutions and cross-vendor integrations that support our strategic vision
• Actively manage benefits operations, benefits technology, pharmacy procurement, finance, communications, contracting, and compliance to support cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Healthcare, Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 2+ years of vendor management experience
• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• 4+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic and operational pharmacy program or product management in a complex and matrix environment
