Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, benefits, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, COBRA, and FMLA
- Experience using Paylocity, ZOHO People, JIRA and/or Workday preferred
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
