Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, finance or related field.
- Three years human resources and benefits administration experience at a senior level.
- Knowledge of all applicable government regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, SECTION 125, etc.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures for benefits administration, 401(k) and personnel information systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Ability to handle complex projects and responsibilities independently and with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Skills
- Knowledge of benefit contract language.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
