About the role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Environmental Service Systems team. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients and their communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common spaces.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms with necessary cleaning materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
• Adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently to meet client expectations.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor care.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
• Reliable transportation may be required for some locations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or environmental services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
