About the role
As our Benefits Eligibility Coordinator - COBRA Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring employees and plan participants receive accurate benefits administration and exceptional support. You will maintain employee eligibility records within the claims software system, monitor and reconcile COBRA premium payments, and coordinate timely processing to support accurate reporting. You'll communicate regularly with customers, employees, former employees, dependents, and HR representatives, answering questions and providing outstanding service. Throughout every interaction, you will uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and Unified Group Services' commitment to excellence while helping customers navigate important benefits-related matters.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with self-funded insurance
- COBRA administration experience
- Experience in employee benefits, third-party administration, healthcare administration, or eligibility processing
