Benefits Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain all leave of absences, including obtaining appropriate medical certifications and sending necessary correspondence.
- Coordinate 401k plan administration, including tracking benefits deductions in HRIS and making appropriate adjustments.
- Reconcile and process monthly benefit invoices.
- Communicate with employees regarding benefit updates and changes.
- Answer all benefit-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration required.
- Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, such as health, dental, and vision coverage, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Microsoft Office skills are required.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $31.86 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
