Overview
We’re looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Benefits team.
- Assisting with new hire benefit enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and annual open enrollment activities.
- Preparing and distributing enrollment reminders and proactive benefits communications.
- Generating routine reports from the HRIS system.
- Troubleshooting basic benefit-related issues, including enrollment errors and eligibility questions, and escalating as appropriate.
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of benefits-related tasks.
- Answering basic benefits inquiries from teammates and escalating complex issues.
- Maintaining employee benefit records and supporting documentation in HRIS system.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, customer service, payroll, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources or employee benefits concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
