We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Company: Ergon, Inc. - Position: Benefits Coordinator - Location: Flowood, MS corporate office. - Department: Total Rewards Department. - Role description: key member of Benefits and Shared Services Support Team, integral collaborative partner across organization. Answer questions and assist with new hire/life event benefit enrollments (life, medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP, COBRA, and other related programs), support onboarding & offboarding, act as liaison between employees, vendors, TPA's, brokers and support Shared Services team. - Duties listed under "Benefits Coordinator Job Duties" with bullet points: Benefits Support: - Act as primary support point of contact for Benefit Tickets, answer employee and manager questions, escalate to Corporate Benefits Lead when necessary. - Assist in resolving employee system access issues (bSwift, Vendor sites, etc.), assist employees with new hire/life event enrollments, collect documentation needed and approve pending enrollments in bSwift where applicable. - Guide employees to self-service tools and educate them on how to best use them. New Hire Support: - Reach out to new hires who have not yet enrolled in benefits to assist with questions, advise where they can find additional information if needed for benefits or 401(k) auto enrollment/opt out (post 7/1/24) process. - Remind them of enrollment window and provide guidance on using bSwift, Data analytics, reporting, and knowledge of SAP is beneficial. Onboarding/Offboarding: - assist HR/Payroll with onboarding of new hires/re-hires, complete benefits orientation, I-9 verification, and 401(k) enrollment with employee if applicable. LOA/FMLA: - Act as primary point of contact for basic questions related to sick leave or vacation balances, process clarification, and questions related to Policy, forms, etc. Escalate to Corporate Benefits Team as needed. Open Enrollment: - Support Benefit Team and business units during annual open enrollment, travel may be required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of experience required. - Three or more years supporting Benefits or Human Resources is preferred. - Understanding of Employer Benefit plans and how they are used by employees (PPO, HDHP, HSA, FSA, Life, Dental, Vision, 401(k), EAP), prior experience working with Benefit administration systems (bSwift, ADP module, etc.) preferred. - Time management skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively, ability to multitask, and problem solve are required. - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Intermediate knowledge. - May require some travel. Additional note: Interested applicants should respond with a cover letter and resume. External applicants must submit salary requirements to be considered. (We should remove application instructions? The instruction says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should drop the line about cover letter/resume and salary requirements. Also remove EEO statement at end. Benefits section: Under "Why Ergon Inc.? Benefits At Ergon, we are a relationship-driven, family-owned company that values each employee's growth and contributions. Headquartered in Flowood, Mississippi, we take pride in maintaining a close-knit, small-company atmosphere while offering exceptional career opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Competitive pay 401(k) matching & profit sharing Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans Additional voluntary benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Tuition assistance" Thus we have Benefits content. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive pay" but not specific numbers. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay" as part of benefits. That is a statement about pay, albeit vague. Should we include a Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive pay". That's a statement about pay, albeit not specific. It might be considered stating pay. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Competitive pay" is somewhat vague but not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's a real statement. I'd include a Pay section with that line. Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time, hours). Not present, so omit Schedule section. Now we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must decide what goes where. Typically About the role: overview paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe education/experience. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe technical skills. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those specific section names if content exists. We must not invent headings without content. We have content for: - About the role: The first paragraph describing role: "Ergon, Inc. currently has an opening for a Benefits Coordinator to join the Total Rewards Department at its corporate office in Flowood, MS. The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Benefits and Shared Services Support Team who will be an integral collaborative partner across the organization. This role will answer questions and assist with new hire/life event benefit enrollments (life, medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP, COBRA, and other related programs), support on-boarding & off-boarding, act as a liaison between employees, vendors, TPA's, brokers and support the Shared Services team." That's good. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under Benefits Coordinator Job Duties. We'll put as
  • . - Requirements: Could be education/experience: "Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of experience required. Three or more years supporting Benefits or Human Resources is preferred." That's more like qualifications but we can treat as Requirements. - Qualifications: Understanding of benefit plans, experience with bSwift, etc. Also maybe "Time management skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively, the ability to multitask, and problem solve are required." That could be Skills. - Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint intermediate knowledge; maybe also data analytics, reporting, SAP knowledge beneficial; also travel. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's map: Requirements (education/experience): - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of experience required. - Three or more years supporting Benefits or Human Resources is preferred. Qualifications (knowledge/experience): - Understanding of Employer Benefit plans and how they are used by employees (PPO, HDHP, HSA, FSA, Life, Dental, Vision, 401(k), EAP). - Prior experience working with Benefit administration systems (bSwift, ADP module, etc.) preferred. Skills: - Time management skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively, ability to multitask, and problem solve are required. - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Intermediate knowledge. - May require some travel. - Data analytics, reporting, and knowledge of SAP is beneficial (mentioned under New Hire Support). Could be skill. Benefits: as described. Pay: "Competitive pay" plus mention of 401(k) matching & profit sharing etc. Actually those are benefits. Pay section maybe just "Competitive pay". But we also have 401(k) matching & profit sharing under benefits. So Pay section could just be "Competitive pay". That's not placeholder. We must not repeat content. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's list all substantive info from posting and ensure we include each piece somewhere. List all pieces: - Company: Ergon, Inc. - Position: Benefits Coordinator - Location: Flowood, MS corporate office. - Department: Total Rewards Department. - Role description: key member of Benefits and Shared Services Support Team; integral collaborative partner across organization; answer questions and assist with new hire/life event benefit enrollments (life, medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP, COBRA, and other related programs); support onboarding & offboarding; act as liaison between employees, vendors, TPA's, brokers; support Shared Services team. Duties (Benefits Support): - Primary support point of contact for Benefit Tickets; answer employee and manager questions; escalate to Corporate Benefits Lead when necessary. - Assist in resolving employee system access issues (bSwift, Vendor sites, etc.); assist employees with new hire/life event enrollments; collect documentation needed and approve pending enrollments in bSwift where applicable. - Guide employees to self-service tools; educate them on how to best use them. New Hire Support: - Reach out to new hires who have not yet enrolled in benefits to assist with questions; advise where they can find additional information if needed for benefits or 401(k) auto enrollment/opt out (post 7/1/24) process. - Remind them of enrollment window; provide guidance on using bSwift; Data analytics, reporting, and knowledge of SAP is beneficial. Onboarding/Offboarding: - Assist HR/Payroll with onboarding of new hires/re-hires; complete benefits orientation; I-9 verification; and 401(k) enrollment with employee if applicable. LOA/FMLA: - Primary point of contact for basic questions related to sick leave or vacation balances; process clarification; questions related to Policy, forms, etc.; escalate to Corporate Benefits Team as needed. Open Enrollment: - Support Benefit Team and business units during annual open enrollment; travel may be required. Qualifications/Education: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of experience required. - Three or more years supporting Benefits or Human Resources is preferred. Knowledge: - Understanding of Employer Benefit plans and how they are used by employees (PPO, HDHP, HSA, FSA, Life, Dental, Vision, 401(k), EAP). - Prior experience working with Benefit administration systems (bSwift, ADP module, etc.) preferred. Skills: - Time management skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively; ability to multitask; problem solve are required. - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Intermediate knowledge. - May require some travel. - Data analytics, reporting, and knowledge of SAP is beneficial (maybe skill). Benefits (from Why Ergon): - Competitive pay - 401(k) matching & profit sharing - Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans - Additional voluntary benefits - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave - Tuition assistance Culture/values: Could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's about company values; not strictly required but could be included in About the role or a separate section? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate, but values might be okay to keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's descriptive. However we might keep it under About the role or a separate "About Ergon" but we only have set headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include application instructions (cover letter/resume, salary requirements). Remove those. We must not
