Benefits Consultant - Remote US

For our client, we are seeking a Benefits Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will focus on supporting leave, disability, and accommodation programs while delivering clear guidance to employees and partners across the organization. You will help ensure compliance, strengthen service delivery, and improve the employee experience through thoughtful benefits administration. The position also offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally on process improvements, change management, and data-driven program enhancements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $109,100 – $138,400 annually Responsibilities Manage end-to-end administration of leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Deliver high-touch employee support through vendor coordination and issue resolution Provide guidance on benefits plan interpretation and complex employee inquiries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery Lead change management initiatives for benefits program updates Analyze leave and disability data to improve program effectiveness Maintain program budgets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on leave, disability, and accommodations In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and regional and state-specific leave laws Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic, global organization Engagement with advanced technologies to optimize workflow Focus on employee advocacy and comprehensive support systems Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
