We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Meet the Team", "Your Impact", "What You'll Do", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Why Cisco?" plus salary info and benefits. Also "The application window is expected to close on: 10/01/2026" and location restriction. Also "Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada:" includes salary range and benefits details. Also "The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below:" with NYC metro etc. Also note about Illinois time off program.
We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can choose which sections to include based on content.
We have content: "Meet the Team" could be About the role? Could map to About the role. "Your Impact" could be Responsibilities? Actually "What You'll Do" is responsibilities. "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Benefits and Pay sections we have details. Schedule maybe from time off info.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to include only sections where we have actual content.
Thus we can produce:
.
Minimum Qualifications: list of items (Bachelor’s degree..., 5+ years..., in-depth knowledge..., proven ability..., advanced proficiency..., proficiency in HRIS...). We'll put as .
Preferred Qualifications: list (Professional certification..., Experience managing benefits..., Demonstrated success..., Experience with disability plans..., Demonstrated application of AI...). Also maybe include "Experience managing benefits programs in a large, multinational technology organization." etc.
Skills: Could extract specific skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn online vendor portals, proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and case management tools. Could also include data-driven optimization, AI integration. But we might put these under Skills section.
Benefits: from Message to applicants: "U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco’s plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance." Also "Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units..." Also "U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below..." That's more schedule but also benefits. We'll keep benefits as medical etc and stock units.
Pay: Salary range: starting salary range $109,100.00 to $138,400.00. Also full salary ranges for specific state: NYC Metro Area $131,300.00 - $191,600.00; Non-Metro New York State & Washington State $117,000.00 - $170,600.00. Also note about quota-based sales roles etc but not relevant? It's included but we should preserve. Also mention that individual pay determined by location etc. We'll include that.
Schedule: Paid time off details: 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees; 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco; Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees; Exempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations); 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next; Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members; Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer; For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary... (that's more pay). Also Illinois unique time off program.
We need to include schedule section with these details.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". All details are specific.
Now produce HTML fragment with headings and content.
We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML.
Let's structure:
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can choose which sections to include based on content.
We have content: "Meet the Team" could be About the role? Could map to About the role. "Your Impact" could be Responsibilities? Actually "What You'll Do" is responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to include only sections where we have actual content.
Thus we can produce:
About the role
with paragraph(s) from Meet the Team and maybe Your Impact? Actually About the role could include Meet the Team and Your Impact? But we need to avoid duplication. Could split: About the role (Meet the Team), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe list specific skills like Excel, HRIS, AI), Benefits (benefits description), Pay (salary ranges), Schedule (time off details). Ensure we include all substantive info.
Let's extract content:

What You'll Do: list of bullet points (program administration & compliance, employee support & advocacy, expert guidance, cross-functional collaboration, change management & communication, data-driven optimization & AI integration, financial & audit oversight, program management).
