Human Resources$109k–$138k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Meet the Team", "Your Impact", "What You'll Do", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Why Cisco?" plus salary info (Pay) and maybe schedule? There's no schedule info. Also "Application window is expected to close on: 10/01/2026" and location restrictions: "This role is open to candidates in all US locations except for NYC metro and the San Jose Bay metro." That's metadata; we can put in a short

. Also we need to include Pay section because salary range is given. Provide Pay section with the salary range. Also maybe Benefits? The posting mentions benefits in "Why Cisco?" and also "U.S. employees are offered benefits...". That's benefits info. So we can include Benefits section summarizing benefits. Also maybe "Schedule"? Not present. So we omit. We need headings:

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real content. The posting includes "Meet the Team" and "Your Impact" maybe combine as About the role? Could map "Meet the Team" and "Your Impact" to About the role. "What You'll Do" is Responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications could be Requirements and Qualifications? Actually Requirements could be Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications could be Preferred Qualifications. Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit Skills if no specific skills list beyond qualifications. But we have some skills like Excel, HRIS, etc. Could put under Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But spec says use those headings if content exists. We have content for Minimum Qualifications (requirements) and Preferred Qualifications (qualifications). So we can have Requirements (

Requirements

) with list of minimum qualifications. And Qualifications (

Qualifications

) with preferred qualifications. Skills maybe not needed; we could omit. Benefits: we have benefits description. Pay: salary range. Also we need to include location and application window info as a short

maybe before sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include all details from posting. Let's extract content: - Application window: expected to close on 10/01/2026. - Location: open to candidates in all US locations except for NYC metro and the San Jose Bay metro. - Meet the Team: paragraph about Global Benefits team. - Your Impact: paragraph about role as SME for leave, disability, accommodations. - What You'll Do: list of duties (Program Administration & Compliance, Employee Support & Advocacy, Expert Guidance, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Change Management & Communication, Data-Driven Optimization & AI Integration, Financial & Audit Oversight, Program Management). Each with sub-bullets? The text includes colon then description. We can turn each into
