Key Responsibilities

  • Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Oversee leave programs including FMLA and Sick Leave Pool
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits and compensation inquiries
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analyses
  • Advise on pay decisions and job descriptions
  • Develop compensation strategies to support retention
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits and compensation data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compensation practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
