Key Responsibilities
- Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
- Oversee leave programs including FMLA and Sick Leave Pool
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits and compensation inquiries
- Conduct job evaluations and market analyses
- Advise on pay decisions and job descriptions
- Develop compensation strategies to support retention
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Maintain accurate records of benefits and compensation data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for education)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compensation practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
