Benefits Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities Benefits Administration· Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.· Support employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS and carrier systems.· Monitor and track new hire benefit enrollments to ensure timely and accurate processing.· Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and claims, providing excellent customer service.· Maintain accurate employee benefit records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and vendor systems.· Manage the benefits email inbox by coordinating case assignments, providing prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution. Auditing and Reconciliation· Conduct monthly benefits audits and invoice reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.· Review carrier invoices and identify discrepancies for investigation and resolution. Employee Communications and Education· Assist in developing and distributing employee benefit communications, announcements, postings, and educational materials.· Support benefit enrollment campaigns and wellness program promotions.· Conduct presentations and communicate benefits information during new employee orientation sessions and small group meetings.· Promote employee awareness of available benefit programs and wellness resources.Wellness Programs and Employee Engagement· Coordinate and support employee wellness initiatives, programs, and events.· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute wellness activities. Projects and Administrative Support· Assist with benefit-related projects, annual enrollment activities, system implementations, process improvements, and vendor transitions.· Support testing and validation of HRIS and benefits system changes.· Perform other benefits and HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements:· 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or related field.· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.· Excellent communication and customer service skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
