Responsibilities

• Transform the complex world of health insurance into understandable concepts to facilitate effective purchasing experiences, leading to new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Core AEs to evaluate the broader Rippling solution for new logos, focusing on the group health insurance aspect.
• Quote, advise, and enroll prospects on open market health insurance using Rippling's platform.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment.
• Experience in the group health insurance space is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A competitive and collaborative spirit with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• An active Life, Accident & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Pay

The salary range for this role is: 130,000 - 130,000 USD per year (US).
