About the role
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Responsibilities
- Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective buying experience, ultimately resulting in net new business.
- Work in conjunction with the “Core” AEs as an Insurance subject matter expert, for all new logos evaluating the broader Ripling solution.
- Quote, advise and enroll Rippling prospects on open market health insurance.
Requirements
- Two or more years in a high velocity, high volume, sales environment. Experience in the group health insurance space is strongly preferred
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form
- Competitive and collaborative spirit with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a desire to improve the team around them
- An active Life, Accident & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire

Benefits
- The pay range for this role is: 130,000 - 130,000 USD per year (US)
