Benefit Resource Group Analyst

Summary Your Responsibilities The Benefit Resource Group Analyst provides key administrative support involving client written and verbal communications, client filing, compliance, and client data management. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS Responsible for reviewing and tracking Consulting Service Agreements with the purpose of creating and distributing monthly client invoices. Assist core teams with invoice creation for all vendor and third-party invoices requests. Provide accurate data to the core teams related to invoice payments and outstanding invoices. Responsible for the audio creation of Brainshark presentations and assisting core teams in the creation process. Assist core teams with the following BRG services: new client onboarding, termination of clients, compliance documentation, medical actuarial value calculations, network analysis, and document compare requests. Maintain accurate client records in all Lockton Databases. Perform system updates and audits as needed. Manage revenue in suspense, identify where client revenue belongs, and problem solve where required. Responsible for reviewing and responding to direct email requests as submitted to the BRG inbox.
