About the role
The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking Benefit Program Technicians for the Constituent Services Unit (CSU) within Income Maintenance. These positions will be located in the Christian County Customer Service Center based at 4715 N Towne Center Drive, Ozark, MO.
Responsibilities
- Determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance.
- Interview clients in person and by telephone.
- Prepare summaries and much more.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent, or
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or
- Four years of customer service experience.
