Benefit Program Technician
About the role
This position is located in the Laclede County/Lebanon Resource Center at 2639 S Jefferson, Lebanon, MO. As a Benefit Program Technician, you will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance to support safe, healthy, and productive lives.
You will determine initial and continuing eligibility for these services, interview clients in person and by telephone, and prepare summaries.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Personable, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be the sole basis for denying consideration to any applicant.
