Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Engages with clients to support new and existing accounts
- Manages the benefit implementation phase with deep domain expertise
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups

Education and Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands
- Frequent sitting
- Occasional standing and walking
- Stationary position for 75-100% of the time
- Movement of objects up to 20 lbs.
- Constant communication with team members and employees
- Use of computer and office equipment
- Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- Constant mental comprehension
- Moderate noise levels
