Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Engages with clients to support new and existing accounts
• Manages the benefit implementation phase with deep domain expertise
• Tests and troubleshoots final system setups

Education and Experience

• Associates degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years related experience

Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands

• Frequent sitting
• Occasional standing and walking
• Stationary position for 75-100% of the time
• Movement of objects up to 20 lbs.
• Constant communication with team members and employees
• Use of computer and office equipment
• Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
• Constant mental comprehension
• Moderate noise levels
