About the role

Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for engaging client
  • Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setup

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
  • 3 years related experience

  • Frequently required to sit; occasionally required to stand and walk
