Bench Technician

Daily tasks

• Virus removal
• Computer hardware diagnostics & replacement
• Windows troubleshooting
• iPhone, iPad & Apple hardware and software troubleshooting
• Advanced software diagnostics
• Outlook and email setup/configuration
• Sales (Service & Product)
• Adapting to a wide variety of scenarios and issues as it relates to computers
• Responsible for some residential computer appointments off-site

Additional Required Skills & Abilities

• College Degree (Preferred but not required)
• The technician would become an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and would need to be proficient with Apple hardware/software (Training provided) & iOS certified for iPhone & iPad
• Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
• Need to be fully qualified to perform technical tasks listed above (No technical training offered other than Apple Certifications)
• Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with
• No criminal history
• Good driving record & ability to pass drug screening

Working Environment

• Working directly with our team of technicians
• Responsible for the technical bench and helping to oversee 30+ computers per day
• Growing, developing, and creating strategies of growth and customer loyalty through communication and organization as well as processes
