About the role
Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners, and cash counters.
Responsibilities
- Repair small peripherals, printers, scanners, and cash counters
- Replace parts in small peripherals, printers, scanners, and cash counters
- Test small peripherals, printers, scanners, and cash counters to ensure proper functionality
- Accurately enter repair data into Acumatica
Requirements
- Troubleshoot to component-level specifications
- Navigate Windows OS
- Assemble and disassemble units to a bare-bones level
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
- Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment efficiently and professionally
- Fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools
- Effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Customer Base
Banks and financial institutions.
