Bench Scientist (Molecular Biology)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform DNA production workflows, including transformations, culturing, sample preparation, and processing.
• Carry out sample quality control (QC) and prepare samples for sequencing.
• Submit and track sequencing samples using LIMS, FreezerPro, or similar laboratory systems.
• Operate and support automated laboratory equipment, such as liquid handling platforms.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Support high-throughput laboratory operations while ensuring data integrity and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DNA production workflows (required).
• 2+ years of industry experience or a Master's degree with relevant laboratory experience.
• A strong background in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences.
• Experience working in a production-oriented or high-throughput laboratory environment.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
