Bench Scientist

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory experiments using established scientific methods to support research and development objectives.
• Prepare and analyze samples using appropriate instrumentation and techniques.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with GLP and internal standards.
• Collaborate with scientists and project teams to troubleshoot issues and interpret data.

Skills

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to the scientific discipline.
• Ability to follow and adapt scientific protocols with attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 0-2 years experience required.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $59.63 - $59.63/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
