Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments using established scientific methods to support research and development objectives.
- Prepare samples and perform analyses using appropriate laboratory instrumentation and scientific techniques.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements and internal standards.
- Interpret experimental results and contribute to data analysis activities.
- Collaborate with scientists and project teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support scientific investigations.
- Support laboratory operations through accurate recordkeeping and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to scientific discipline.
- Ability to follow and adapt scientific protocols with strong attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to accurately record experimental procedures and results.
- Data interpretation and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to support troubleshooting activities and contribute to research and development objectives.
Pay
Payrate: $43.85- $51.97/hr. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $43.85 - $51.97 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
