What You'll Do
- Assemble and wire small components with accuracy
- Work with small parts under a microscope or magnifier
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, sewing, or related hands-on experience required
- Comfortable working with small parts and fine, detailed tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting daily production goals
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and be trained
