- Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with accountability and care
- Hold high standards during late-night hours when it counts most
- Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand and show up for the New Haven community

What You Bring

- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Note
- This role includes regular late-night shifts.
- Weekday close is midnight; Friday and Saturday close is 3am.
