Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a high-volume environment
• Deliver consistent, feel-good guest experiences from open to close
• Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with care and accountability
• Hold high standards deep into late-night shifts when it matters most
• Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand inside a world-class entertainment venue

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Comfort owning late-night operations and maintaining high standards after midnight
• Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
• You care -- about your crew, the guest, and the product

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume retail management is a strong plus
• Night owls and experienced leaders encouraged to apply

$25-$30 per hour + tips

Schedule

Open until 2am on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
