Key Responsibilities Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling to and from guest rooms or vehicles Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the security of all vehicles Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and valet area Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously Skills And Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We foster a vibrant, inclusive work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow.
