Bellperson - Residences at The Little Nell
Position Summary
The Bellperson assists arriving and departing guests with their luggage and provides information and services to guests. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager.
Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Escort arriving guests to their rooms on a rotating basis with other Bell staff, handling their luggage with care and efficiency
- Provide summary of the hotel and the amenities offered to guests
- Ensure guest room is in order and describe location of television remote, air-conditioning control, guest services directory etc. to guests while checking in
- Follow baggage tagging procedures and ski storage procedures
- Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms or other areas of the hotel expeditiously, placing in designated areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Bell storeroom
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Lobby and Bell storeroom
- Make manager aware of guest’s comments or complaints
- Comply with all policies of the hotel and Aspen One
- Aid in emergency and security procedures as directed by management
- Complete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as staff and business levels demand
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Current Driver’s License with no violations
- Previous hotel experience preferred
