About the role

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton. They guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports, and sharing local highlights while maintaining a safe workplace, confidentiality, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Move throughout the work area, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 lb unaided and objects over 75 lb with assistance.
• Maintain uniform, personal appearance, and professional communications.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Pay

Pay range: $15.44 – $16.43 per hour. Tip eligible.

Full‑time position.
