Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of hair extension techniques
• Provide an exceptional client experience and delight clients in every way
• Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain client records
• Perform hair extension applications efficiently (training provided)
• Strong blow dry skills
• Engage with clients and enjoy interacting with people
• Problem-solve and resolve customer issues quickly
• Learn, grow, and develop professional skills in client care and hair color
• Demonstrate integrity and strong follow-through on tasks
• Innovative, creative, and constantly seeking improvement
• Provide hair services including installing, styling, and blending hair extensions, blowouts, hair treatments, and scalp massages

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon preferred
• At least 2+ years of stylist experience
• Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology
• Versed in clip-in, tapes, wefts, and halo hair extensions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly motivated and energetic personality
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a luxurious experience
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
