About the role

Bellami Beauty Bar is seeking a full-time hairstylist who will work directly with customers, offering unlimited room for career growth in areas such as education, sales, and business development. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone passionate about growth and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hair extension techniques.
• Provide an exceptional client experience, including thorough consultations and maintaining client records.
• Perform hair extension applications efficiently (training provided).
• Exhibit strong blow dry skills.
• Engage with clients and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Continuously learn and develop professional skills in client care and hair color.
• Demonstrate integrity, follow-through, creativity, and innovation in all tasks.
• Provide hair services including installing, styling, and blending hair extensions, blowouts, hair treatments, and scalp massages.

Requirements

• Previous salon experience preferred.
• At least 2+ years of stylist experience.
• Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.
• Experience with clip-in, tapes, wefts, and halo hair extensions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Highly motivated, energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
