Bell Person - Hotel Operations

About the role

The incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties under the direction of the Front Desk Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
• Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
• Affords guests with assistance with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Performs other assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pull 100lb cart.
