Bell/Luggage Attendant

About the role

As a Bell Attendant, you set the tone for Sonesta’s mission of “Wowing” our guests with Amazing Moments. You transport and store luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest room packages and room drops in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests, and provide information about local attractions and activities.
• Respond appropriately to guest complaints and inform supervisors of major issues, disturbances, or dissatisfied guests.
• Perform additional duties such as accepting dry cleaning, delivering clean laundry, guest mail/messages, or sundry items to guest rooms, and responding to special requests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including handling difficult guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay

Pay range: $14.75 to $15.75 per hour, following contract requirements.
