Bell Attendant

About the role

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about room offerings and features.
• Engage in casual conversation and offer hotel or local recommendations.

Requirements

• Works with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift, push and pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight.
• Able to walk significant distances during shifts.
• Full availability required.

Qualifications

• Physical endurance to handle moderate to heavy lifting and walking.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively.
• Availability to work shifts as needed.
