Location

A high-desert refuge in the Land of Enchantment, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The resort is nestled in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offering a serene environment just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe’s shops and galleries.

Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the correct room
  • Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests
  • Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive
  • Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed
  • Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready at the start of each shift
  • Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred
  • United States driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Likely to be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
