Location
A high-desert refuge in the Land of Enchantment, Santa Fe, New Mexico. The resort is nestled in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offering a serene environment just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe’s shops and galleries.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the correct room
- Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests
- Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive
- Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed
- Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready at the start of each shift
- Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred
- United States driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Likely to be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
